How To Use  Essential Oils:

Method 1

Massages: 

        

Essential Oils are very concentrated and much too strong to use for massages alone.  Using carrier oils helps to dilute the oils for soothing and relaxing use during a massage.  See our Massage Oils Page For Product Selection. 

 

Method 2

Steam Showers: 

           

Essential Oils is a great way to give yourself a spa-like treat during your shower.  Simply spray our shower sprays in the back or floor of your shower for a scented retreat.  See our Shower Sprays Page For Product Selection. 

 

Method 3

Baths: 

   

Give your self a relaxing bath by adding a few drops of Essential Oils to your running bath water.  Generally 5-10 drops will be enough to take your mind away from the stresses of the day.  See our Essential Oils Page for Product Selection. 

 

Method 4

Inhalations:
