Shipping Policy

How long does it take for shipment to arrive?

We know that timely shipping is crucial to our loyal customers. Our goal is to ship orders in 2-10 business days. Expedited shipping methods will ship the same business day if placed before 10AM EST.  Please note that any expedited shipping options chosen after 10:00AM EST will ship out the next business day. Whenever an extended delay is expected in shipping your package, our Customer Service team will notify you via email. Please be aware that all expedited shipping options do not include Saturday delivery.

We are located in Atlanta, Georgia and Jacksonville, Florida.  Depending on your location, your order will typically arrive 2-10 business days after it is processed for most U.S residents. To keep you posted, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse that will include a tracking number for your order. We do offer 2nd day and overnight options as well for an additional cost.  Alaska and Hawaii may be subject to additional costs.

Shipping Rates:

Our shipping rates and methods can be seen during the checkout process prior to placing your final order. The rates displayed are reflective of shipping and handling fees.  Our rates are competitive and constantly in negotiation for better rate options to pass to the customer.

International Shipping:

At this time, we are not offering international shipping directly from the online store.  However, you can inquire on shipping from our online platforms such as Amazon and Walmart.  We are not responsible for other shipping platforms and policies, so please review their policies for international delivery.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change our shipping policy at any time by posting revised terms to our Shipping Policy. It is your responsibility to check periodically for any changes we may make to this policy.
